Whitler Strikes Again
Is it just me, or are my In My World™ posts getting longer? Well, they still have a while to go before they're as long as a Bill Whittle essay. He just sent me this letter: Well, the seasons are slowly changing, which means time for a new post! MAGIC takes a look at the difference between truth and assertion. Michael Moore gets compared to the Loch Ness Monster. Something for your readers? Here is the link. He's enabled comments again, so no one screw it up (I'm talking to you, Joey D). I probably won't have time to read it until lunch (after answering a few more Frank Answers™), so someone tell me if it's worth it. UPDATE: I've read it now, and it was prose at its finest as always. If I understood the point of it properly, it's that leprechauns are real because Bill saw one. 12 Responses To "Whitler Strikes Again"
Its worth it. It's not as long as most of his essays. According to Ms du Toit, anyway. #1 - Posted by: ed on May 19, 2003 09:25 AMooooooo common man, i said im sorry #2 - Posted by: Joey D on May 19, 2003 10:03 AMHey Frank, I'll keep an eye on Joey D. Otherwise he'll wake up in the morning with a bunch of burning hippies on his lawn instead of no war signs. #3 - Posted by: Mikey on May 19, 2003 10:04 AMAhhhhhhhhh Whittle. #4 - Posted by: Joy on May 19, 2003 12:28 PMIs a leperchan (as opposed to a leprechaun) a martial arts midget that keeps losing body parts? #5 - Posted by: vegesigo on May 19, 2003 01:30 PMStupid spellchecker gave me the go ahead. There, I added your precious 'u'. #6 - Posted by: Frank J. on May 19, 2003 01:58 PMThank you. The quality of my sleep tonight was being placed into jeopardy. #7 - Posted by: vegesigo on May 19, 2003 02:55 PMFrank- You know, an 'In My World' post about the size of the average Whittle essay, provided it is one of those White House slug fests, could be great entertainment...get busy Monkeyboy ! #8 - Posted by: Paul on May 19, 2003 07:51 PMMichael Moore gets compared to the Loch Ness Monster. Easy to tell who the offended party should be. The real question: Which has more substance? And I don't mean mass; that's no contest. #9 - Posted by: on May 19, 2003 10:25 PMYa started with posts that fit on the screen, then ended up with posts that take up two or three... and I love it! More Marine! OOO-rah! (When it absolutely, positively must be destroyed over night: USMC) #10 - Posted by: Sailorette on May 20, 2003 03:45 PMput some freakin leprechauns on this site u frecking retarts well, I married a LEPERCHAN... (note the spelling)... no he's not a leper and no he's not a chan... but he's irish and redheaded and LOOKS like a leprechaun (yes I do know that's it's European spelling, traditionally) but he's American and the tattoo artist can't spell either... LMAO... Gotta love this board, but I don't get the thing with the texas hold em... DL #12 - Posted by: DragonLady on February 26, 2005 11:49 AMPost a comment
