The Daily Whine
One more thing, everyone stop being mean to Daily Kos. It's not his fault he's a complete muckadoo; they thought lead was good for you when he was kid. Anyway, all this attention to his inhumanity and his racism is just keeping his traffic higher than the rightful ruler the blogosphere, the puppy blender. 18 Responses To "The Daily Whine"
--You mean lead IS NOT good for you??? Damn...! #1 - Posted by: Devil Dog on April 15, 2004 08:35 AMIt's not so much that they thought that lead was good for you. It was more that they needed to get rid of lead based paint and since children were willing to dispose of it... #2 - Posted by: LibertyBob.com on April 15, 2004 08:58 AM--Damn! They used me to get rid of their lead? That makes me so... hey, look at the pretty thingy on the wall... where was I? Oh, yeah... I like trains... #3 - Posted by: Devil Dog on April 15, 2004 09:18 AMTHAT'S the opposition? That yawn inducing, facile piece of shit gets more traffic than Instapundit? Oh, I forgot, we got the guns, they got the numbers. #4 - Posted by: Ron on April 15, 2004 09:45 AMFrank, don't you see? You've become an unwitting part of the problem! WoW, I have never seen an uglier page, damn I can not stand Commie yellow.. #6 - Posted by: James Old Guy on April 15, 2004 11:11 AMGood grief. Y'know, they pop on over to Misha's and rail about how "all you're doing is talking about stuff," but I'll be damned if I've ever before seen more self-congratulatory back-slapping and me-too-ing and circle-jerking as I did in 2 minutes at that...site. And they'll never get the delicious irony of their spewing hate at those they call "haters." Morons. #7 - Posted by: Curtis the Former Marine on April 15, 2004 12:17 PMI always thought and now have been proved right in my thinking on lead being good for you. It is a demonstratively known fact that YES lead IS good for you....with this proviso; That's why one must ONLY shoot at something one is willing to hit (oh gawd, I NEED to get out to the range more often. It's been SO long *whine*)! Just my $.02 Seems kinda funny that WE are humiliating THEM. Seems like they are humiliating themselves, you know, like fouling your own nest. #10 - Posted by: wyofire on April 15, 2004 12:45 PMScrew lead, we should start feeding kos arsnic, that would be funny. #11 - Posted by: Monster Kabasue on April 15, 2004 08:16 PMFrank, Any chance you could use a header like "Muckadoo About Nothing" for these updates on the lunatic fringe? It would be sorta like "In My World" except nauseating instead of funny. I'd really appreciate it so I'd know better than to click the link too soon after dinner. Thanks for the laughs. #12 - Posted by: Rick on April 15, 2004 09:04 PMAfter reading that KOS stuff I feel shovelling a liberal to death...anyone else share that sentiment? #13 - Posted by: Six on April 15, 2004 10:10 PMLead IS good for things like Kotz. Preferably at least 160gr of it, at high velocity. I love his "should I censor this site (something I have never done)" - Um...I can think of at least one - more like two - entries that suddenly vanished, giving rise to the phrase 'Kos Your Ass' or 'Kos An Entry' meaning to have it vanish. Oops Orion #15 - Posted by: Orion on April 16, 2004 04:37 AMSmall typo in there. The Alliance of Free Blogs, and thus you, as Fearless Leader, is the rightful ruler of the Blogosphere. #16 - Posted by: Harvey on April 16, 2004 08:36 AMYour the man misha #17 - Posted by: Six on April 16, 2004 10:55 AMMisha - what do you mean, 160 grains? Sounds like .40 cal to me... which was invented for grandmothers and girl scouts who couldn't handle .45 ACP. Nothing wrong with grandmothers and girl scouts, and I applaud S&W for developing a round with good hitting power that allows almost everyone to use a respectable handgun. But if 160 grains is good, 230 is better. And to stay with the .45 motif, I just ordered a Marlin 1895G, should get it next week. Then we'll see what 405 grains will do. Next black bear that comes round my house is going to regret it - just not for very long. But bears are pretty smart, to judge from the Hanna-Barbera nature documentaries of my youth, and will probably stay away until I go overseas again. Man, that's why I love this site - every topic eventually comes round to firearms. That almost never happens on NPR. #18 - Posted by: Stephen Skubinna on April 16, 2004 08:55 PMPost a comment
