Even Crazy People Love IMAO
Posted by Frank J. at 04:57 PM | View blog reactions | Comments (36)

The Democratic Underground got hold of my Bush memo forgery, and they find it funny too!

IMAO, bringing everyone together.

Yes I was first I rule!...pbbbbbbbb! Latest word on the street is that all the liberals and hippies want to hang out with you now Frank! Whatever will you do?!?

#2 - Posted by: Fortes on September 18, 2004 05:01 PM

Hippies smell.

#3 - Posted by: Katie on September 18, 2004 05:13 PM

Am I the only one who gets the 123 Fake Street reference?

One of them called you a radical right wingnut. I'd be sad...well ok no I wouldn't.

#4 - Posted by: Joe R. the Unabrewer on September 18, 2004 05:27 PM

WAIT ONE MINUTE! ONE DARN MINUTE!

It was a forgery?

#5 - Posted by: rightwingduck on September 18, 2004 05:28 PM

i suggest that you don't link to democratic underground anymore.....it frightens me

#6 - Posted by: Rikor on September 18, 2004 06:08 PM

Yikes - just looking at that link made me angry.... very angry....

Maybe Chomps needs to continue his righteous anger tour and hit the DUNG (Democratic UNderGround) servers next.

I've stopped trying to see things from "the other side", I fear that I will be contaminated... with the stench - it's repulsive.

Who are you?

Sanburn... Agent Sanburn.

You all vote the same.

Sorry - slipped into a Matrix reference - *sigh* another fun weekend at work - and a higher tax bracket on the next check!

Ditto.

Frank you're playing with fire.
Evil, stupid, smelly fire
Like going pee on the coals when you're camping

#8 - Posted by: Rob on September 18, 2004 06:37 PM

Frank, please don't post links to the DUmmies. I can't read bilge...head will explode...heirs will sue you.

Regards.

There goes the friggin' neighborhood.

Infiltrate!
Infiltrate!
Infiltrate!
Yay!

#11 - Posted by: LibertyBob on September 18, 2004 07:49 PM

I guess I just don't know how to navigate the DUNG heap, but I can't find what you're talkin about. What's the threads label?
Surely these dudes didn't delete it did they? They're like disciples of tolerance or sumthin.

#12 - Posted by: Sticky B on September 18, 2004 07:55 PM

Can't spell DUHHHHH without D.U.!

#13 - Posted by: Chim-Chim on September 18, 2004 08:08 PM

I went to read that thread on the DU page, but then:
The lights dimmed,
The room became cold,
Voices became audible,
Muttering in Black speech,
And I got the heck off the site.

However, I noticed that the free of irony types were posting about the lack of life of bloggers. Let that sink in.

#14 - Posted by: Mr. Blue on September 18, 2004 08:45 PM

I've infiltrated DU a while ago, slowly gaining the respect of those damn hippies so I can go crazy and mess with then if/when Bush wins!

#15 - Posted by: maverick on September 18, 2004 09:12 PM

Gain their respect? I just topped off my ammunition stocks! The Sportsman's Guide rocks!

OT - We're back. Hurricanes just plain suck. Our house survived, but there is just so much destruction everywhere. Virually all the power lines and thousands of trees are down. We live right where the eye went in. I just got over to my folks in Pensacola (they had been on 24hr curfew), and took my Mom to wait 1 1/2 hours for her to get ice, water, and MRE's. (Many, many thanks to all rescue personnel, especially the Guard unit from Tallahassee at the Comfort Station.) There is no electric, little if any running water in Pensacola, sporadic phone service, and the area where I teach is just horrible. I worry about my students but can do nothing at this time. School may be out for three weeks. Gas is sold out as soon as the tankers roll in. This is a serious disaster, folks. Please pray for all those affected. They're talking 6-8 weeks for me to get power back in LA, and possibly three months for my mom. But we live in the great USA, and we have the resources to help in this disaster. So many places do not. I may not 'see' y'all for awhile (I'm posting from a friend's house tonight). Have to go protect the home from idiot looters. (They arrested two from frickin' California 2 days ago.) Thank you for your prayers, and God Bless the USA!!!!

Oh, yeah, President Bush is coming here tomorrow. If I see him, I'll tell him 'hi' for y'all!!!!

#17 - Posted by: DixieDarlin' on September 18, 2004 10:26 PM

You know what else sucks? It's my birthday today and I have to clean up Ivan's mess. Bad, bad Ivan. LOL!

#18 - Posted by: DixieDarlin' on September 18, 2004 10:27 PM

happy birthday, DD! glad y'all are ok, even with all the destruction.

#19 - Posted by: sarahk on September 18, 2004 11:22 PM

Dixie D-
Our prayers are with you- I know "the best of us" will help the "rest of us" when the excrement hits the rotating device.
From hurricane free New Hampshire.
(but about those snowstorms...)

#20 - Posted by: doubletrouble on September 19, 2004 12:03 AM

DixieDarlin'

I'm glad to hear you're okay! Happy Birthday! Hang in there!

#21 - Posted by: jonag on September 19, 2004 12:25 AM

I also wish you a happy birthday dixiedarlin'. Goodness, I hope it doesn't have to take that long (6-8 weeks? Yikes!) for your power to come back on! But you are right, better for this to happen to you in the USA than say, Cuba? or (insert name of 3rd world country here)

Well I hope the power folk can put the speedy action on getting everyones power back up there in LA, FL, AL. Hopefully Jeanne will stay out in the sea & avoid everybody this time.

I think I heard on the radio there are still about 70 more days left in the hurricane season. I hope that's wrong.

#22 - Posted by: LokiDoki on September 19, 2004 01:11 AM

I almost blew my brains out reading the DU(mmies) site. But, I couldn't resist a letter to the peace freak US hating hippie scumbug sucking sh*t for brains as*hol*s that run the place. For your perusal... (everyone should go over there & blast those ignorant simian asshats.... we'll see what they're made of...)

For a "big tent" organization I have never seen such constraint imposed via your "rules" as I have after viewing this site. If you are only seeking like minded discussion, please admit it at the onset, rather that wasting my (and others') time with your incessant mantra for the removal of Mr. Bush.
After reading input from your subscribers, is it increasingly apparent that not only is the President "wrong", but the United States are to be condemned for our prosperity, culture, and long held beliefs of freedom and liberty that are the essence of our being.
My hope is that as our humanity evolves, narrow minded solicitude as exhibited on this website will be invalidated by the voice of the people.

Cordially,
My own self (actual name here)

...and forgive us our trespasses,
Even though we may not be able to forgive those who trespass against us...
And deliver us from evil.

#23 - Posted by: doubletrouble on September 19, 2004 01:29 AM

Hehe, I've been banned by those nice tolerant folks over at DUMB (the Democratic Underground Message Board) a few times for making polite informative posts where I merely displayed a difference of opinion. The last account I've created has lasted far longer than any of my others though, surprisingly.

#24 - Posted by: Jesse on September 19, 2004 01:42 AM

OT,
I got some great pics up at "Hello Infidels!

I got some Shrillery Clintoon, J F'n K,
Dan Blather....

Come laugh at them.

#25 - Posted by: Joshua on September 19, 2004 03:09 AM

you have got to be kidding me...these people are discussing this matter as if the had to think whether they are real...gosh what anthills do they come out of?

#30 - Posted by: Joshua on September 19, 2004 02:27 PM

Jeez, reading what the DU(mbshits) post... it's like a propaganda site for Islamic terrorists

#31 - Posted by: Me on September 19, 2004 06:26 PM

Just put up a very touching post about "Dubya", come by and read it.

#32 - Posted by: Joshua on September 20, 2004 06:50 AM

The few times I've read DU threads I get the overwhelming image of a bunch of baby birds in a nest when the mother comes back with a bit of food.

No brain function...just lots of little mouths open and squawking and begging to be fed more lies.

I'm amazed at the "Bush lied" crowd being so convinced that even when time after time it is shown their candidate lied and Bush didn't they continue to view things their way...

#33 - Posted by: Faith+1 on September 20, 2004 07:14 AM

Baa-baa. Oh, excuse me. That's what happens when you spend too much time with the sheep on DU.

#34 - Posted by: Wolf's Dawn on September 20, 2004 12:42 PM

Ok, I went to DUMB and now need a labotomy. Thanks, Frank.
