In All This Disaster Recovery, We Shouldn't Forget the One Important Truism...
Monkeys are out there and are evil! FEMA really should include blogging equipment as part as their disaster recovery. What do I need ice for? I like my Doritos at room temperature. Anyway, while I'm still getting my bearings, check out this Get Fuzzy comic pointed out to me by a couple readers. That cat Bucky knows the score. 13 Responses To "In All This Disaster Recovery, We Shouldn't Forget the One Important Truism..."
FIRST! #1 - Posted by: Leann on September 28, 2004 01:43 PMheh, bucky's awsome. #2 - Posted by: LC Trucido on September 28, 2004 01:52 PMMaybe now McDonalds will start carrying McMonkeynuggets. Ew, wait, that sounds gross. #3 - Posted by: jonag on September 28, 2004 01:57 PMCould Chomps and Bucky ever meet???? #4 - Posted by: DixieDarlin' on September 28, 2004 02:18 PMRead an old letter my Dad wrote to his parent during WWII, he was a pilot - flew the hump (over China and India). He said he and his pals were fixing to go out and go "monkey hunting" in the jungles ... it was an apparent "good time" over there to whomp the monkeys over the head. #5 - Posted by: on September 28, 2004 02:54 PMMy local paper had get fuzzy as a "guest comic" for about 3 months (not sure why they called it a guest, they already have about 25 regular comics), but then they replaced it with some stupid crap. Maybe I should send them a bunch of spam to bring back get fuzzy. #6 - Posted by: Steve on September 28, 2004 03:07 PMI saw that commic on sunday. it made me giggle with glee. #7 - Posted by: James on September 28, 2004 05:17 PMmonkey hate glee of course Get Fuzzy rocks. I don't get it in the local paper here, though, so I have to check it online every day. Oh well. #9 - Posted by: Rob on September 28, 2004 05:22 PMThat was great , the creator of Get Fuzzy must be reading IMAO. #10 - Posted by: Joshua on September 28, 2004 08:44 PMthe fuzzy monkey funny makes me laugh even as i cry for my trailer....... #11 - Posted by: on September 28, 2004 09:02 PMI had no idea the monkey pandemic had gotten so far out of hand. Where is the National Monkey Registry when you need it? I demand better bureaucracy! I always said my beef chop suey tasted like cat, now I'm thinking monkey. #12 - Posted by: effengee on September 29, 2004 12:29 AMMy Husband loves the Get Fuzzy comics - we have our own Bucky cat at home, her name is Gracie: big angry yellow eyed bad attidude with fur, fangs & claws. It is her greatest ambition to catch & kill every squirrel in our yard. Hasn't caught any yet, but she's trying... #13 - Posted by: LokiDoki on September 29, 2004 01:36 AMPost a comment
