Taylor may be onto something there. A viable option for gun control may be to give all the guns to the French.

Given how "good" frrench weapons have been historically (remember the Chauchat the French provided our troops in WWI?) I suspect GW was perfectly safe!!

Wayne, pefectly true. I "own" one of these P.O.S. It has been fired once by me. The slide catch popped out and the recoil spring, barrel, and slide followed the bullet. I didn't have enough courage to pull the trigger again.

but i figured you out, no REAL french man could ever have the balls to aim a gun at something alive, let alone aim it at anything in general.

If my experience with French bicycle parts (many years ago, before the Japanese ran them completely out of the market) is any guide, the gun will work ONLY with French bullets. And not very well then. Actually, there probably aren't any bullets, because the "workers" at the ammunition factory are on their eight-month-long wine break.

What I can't figure out (although I have an idea), is why is W visting that sack o' crap Chirac. The French have not given us anythig worth a $h*+ since Lafayette. F the French. Out!
