What other wacky things did the Nazis do other than play rap music and fiddle with the A.C.?

Murder millions!

BTW, Durbin stands by his idiocy. We needs more idiots in Congress with spines!

Did the Nazis shout "FIRST" at prisoners?

#4 - Posted by: Plea Deal on June 16, 2005 11:24 AM

What if they did shot "FIRST" at prisoners? would the be illegal and if it is why isnt Durban complaining? i think frank should check it out and get back to us...

#5 - Posted by: AJ on June 16, 2005 11:26 AM

dumb computer forgot the "u" in shout. I will not take the blame for that or any other mispellings i may tpye

#6 - Posted by: AJ on June 16, 2005 11:28 AM

I don't want a apology from Dickie Durbin, I want a resignation.

My 21 year old oldest son is newly in Iraq as an MP. He is guarding detainees and applying training received in the State of Georgia Corrections system and in the Army. He does NOT need more angry radical Islamists throwing feces, etc. at him. He'll also be working in a variety of settings, as the needs of the mission dictate.

Thanks a pant-load, Durbin. NOT !!

#8 - Posted by: aardvark on June 16, 2005 03:01 PM

Oh, don't you worry, Aardvark. The merit of our own actions will be cause enough ;)

Seriously, honey, blaming Durbin for some Islamic extremism is like trying to blame the Holocaust on someone who once said he didn't like bagels. Nice try though.

So he says that what we're doing SOUNDS like something Nazis would do and now Congress is spinless, but allowing human rights abuses to continue at Gitmo means that Congress is chock-full of REAL MEN(TM) who don't eat quiche? Let's prioritize here.

#9 - Posted by: Oasis on June 16, 2005 10:36 PM

Oh right, and god forbid you blame the stupid monkey who sent your son there. NO IT'S ALL DURBIN'S FAULT!

#10 - Posted by: Oasis on June 16, 2005 10:37 PM

Those poor prisoners at Gitmo had to sit in temperatures of over 100 degrees! Waaaaa!

Here in Arizona we call that "Summer".
Give me a break.

Hey, jonag

Ever get the idea that you fucking DON'T have the whole story and are just further making an ass of yourself by staying willfully ignorant? Because you should. You could read the latest Time piece on how the torture's REALLY going down and then you can get back on here and change your argument from WAHHH TOO HOT to one of indifference at human rights abuses.

After all, the government's ALWAYS right (at least the BUSH one) so why question anything horrific that we're doing?

#12 - Posted by: Oasis on June 17, 2005 02:22 AM

Hey Oasis! Ever get the idea that only ignorant people need to use foul language to get their point across?

#13 - Posted by: jonag on June 17, 2005 01:24 PM

No, that's a common misconception.

I think ignorant people point out the word choices of others to show that they have no argument themselves. Thanks for the grammar lesson, though!

#14 - Posted by: Oasis on June 17, 2005 03:30 PM

Oasis, How does one argue with a person who thinks we would be better of with Saddam ruling Iraq, with the rape rooms and people shredders still up and running and with holes still being dug to bury innocent women and children in? Maybe you think you're better than the Iraqis and just because you have the right to vote doesn't mean they should?
Your argument is more about your hatred for George Bush and less about actually caring for real people in need. But you can go ahead and stand by your callous and ignorant statement just like Dick Durbin. It's what we've come to expect from the left, irrational arguments born out of the frustration of losing.
