To the muckadoos, everything is a matter of perspective. Meaning that if the statement comes from a conservative, it is the words of Satan himself and if the statement comes from a liberal it is to be defended with his/her/its life.

To combat this, I suggest the revered policy of "shoot first, ask questions later."

I think it's great all these Democrats are raising hell about the statement. It's like they're standing up, raising their hand, and saying I'm a liberal nut job and find this offensive. We don't even have to look to find the liberal wackys, we just have to list the people that find what "The Dark" Rove said offensive.

I like Governor Pataki's response to Hilary (the Hildebeast) Clinton's remarks:
“I think it’s a little hypocritical for Sen. Clinton to call on me to repudiate a political figure’s comment, when she never asked Sen. Durbin to repudiate his comments,” Pataki told reporters, after she complained that he sat idly by as Rove blasted liberals for being soft on terror at a New York Conservative party function Wednesday night.

“She never responded when asked to respond [about Durbin],” Pataki complained. “She never responded to Howard Dean’s insult to every single Republican, saying that they never earned an honest day’s living.

“She never responded to Sen. Reid’s unfair criticism of the president - he called the president a loser and a liar. He’s never apologized - she never requested that.”

“She never called for an apology or clarification when Moveon.org called for moderation and restraint in response to the terrorist attacks.”

Pataki concluded: “So, when she does that, I’ll be glad to listen to her call for me to ask someone to apologize."

Aww, did the left feel hurt when Karl Rove said those mean things about them? We're sorry. Hey, maybe you can look at this as a learning experience. Now you know how the right feels whenever Howard Dean opens his mouth.

I think this apology crap is hilarious. What are we all in Kindergarten where you can say, "Well, he insulted me, but it's OK because he said he was sorry." I don't think so, I didn't want to hear Durbin's fake aplogy, because it's just a fraud. He meant what he said and should now have to deal with the aftereffects. I think more of the Republicans in Congress should take the harsh tone with these stupid libs and never apologize for a statement you believe in.

No kidding. I mean, Durbin should have at _least_ had a few minutes in the time-out chair.

What else is funny is that Durbin and others have commented on how Rove is ripping into Democrats. Rove NEVER said the word "democrat," but he did say "liberal." I do know some pretty liberal republicans and some very conservative democrats.
