The hurricane season ends November 30th. What does that mean?
That any hurricane occuring in December will receive a hefty fine.
I thought it meant that it was unfashionable to wear hurricanes after that date. Learn something new everyday, I guess.

Ricky D, that *was* a hunting reference. Or fishing, perhaps...
I always thought it just meant you couldn't shoot any hurricanes after November. Of course, it's always illegal to use bait when hunting them.
