Man, I bet some people wish they had driver's license photos as good as this mugshot. Rush Limbaugh had been saying that as soon as there was a mugshot of Tom Delay, it's all the press will ever use as a photo of him - even if he's cleared of all charges. Luckily, Delay takes a good mugshot.

Evidently, the county where Delay got his mugshot recently stopped doing the number card thing.

Reminds me of my best friend's bachelor party. We had him arrested. He still has the mug shot. What a night! Doesn't look this good though.
I think he should've waved at the camera with a kind of "hi mom!" look on his face. Or maybe do the wink and point thing as if you say, "you bet yer sweet ass I'm innocent." That would have been cool.
