Why won't Ted Kennedy be attending the State of the Union Address?
His presence in most building is considered a fire hazard.
Is it because he is legally defined as a Molotov Coctail due to the massive amount of alcohol dissolved in his blood stream? Or because his massive body counts for 535 representatives, and thus exceeds the building's legal capacity?
My guess is because he's so flamable from all the alcohol in him plus he's so large as to impede people's escape from a burning building.

I was going to guess that it was because there won't be an open bar.
Silicon Valley Jim had it right. Jabba the Kennedy is going to the Bar from Star Wars for happy hour.
