I'll never be pigeonholed, and here's why: I'm conservative, pro-military, a huge Slayer fan, and I pee standing up, but I love cats. Sure they're neurotic and prone to hold grudges, but they have a handle on the whole pooping by themselves thing. Probably the biggest reason I'll never own a dog is the sight of dozens of neighbors walking by carrying little blue bags of crap while their dogs are winking at each other with smug grins. "Dude, this guy's carrying my poop for me. How cool is that?"

Being a conserverative male who preferrs cats is almost a paradox since most liberals, like felines, are butt-licking pu**ies. It's almost like preferring libs as pets, even though they're less likely to be house-broken.

As for me, I don't like cats or dogs. If they don't work or they are not bred for food, why have them?
Their barking and mewling and crapping all over drives me crazy. Why not have chickens? at least they provide eggs and meat. As far as having pets, gold fish are good. Then you can flush them when you get tired of them.

Conservatives generally don't like cats because they carry a behavior-altering parasite called toxoplasma gondii, which alters your reaction to cat urine so you either don't notice the smell or find it pleasant. At least, that's how it works on rats.

Anyway, conservatives clearly have a stronger resistance to mind control.
