(Introduction)

1) (T/F) Conan O'Brien was a writer/producer of The Simpsons who went on to host his own late-night talk show

2) Which breed of dog is Santa's Little Helper?

3) The Angel Skeleton was sent by who?

4) For what comic strip was Matt Groening known before he created the Simpsons?

Official Trivia Card answers in the comments tomorrow.

For those who don't like Simpsons trivia, just be grateful that it's not an Yvonne's Ashes revival.

are you sure that first question is correct -- i could have sworn conan had some kind of a writing connection to the simpson's

per IMDB
"The Simpsons"
- The President Wore Pearls (2003) TV Episode (writer)
- Treehouse of Horror IV (1993) TV Episode (writer) (as Watch Conan O'Brien)
- Homer Goes to College (1993) TV Episode (writer)
- Marge vs. the Monorail (1993) TV Episode (writer)
- New Kid on the Block (1992) TV Episode (writer)

speaking of santa's little helper, my favorite moment in the entire series is when he has puppies that they give away to Mr. Burns that become dog race champions -- at the very end, you see the shadow of homer hanging in the basement, they cut back, and it is him hanging by his hand swatting at a lightbulb and says something to the effect of "this is the only thing that can make me happy when i think about those million dollar puppies"--classic

speaking of life in hell: my favorite one was called "the many moods of sheeba" -- it was in our college paper in the early 1990s -- it showed a woman with like 40 mini-panels of her face -- and they were all labeled with nasty emotions -- i've looked for it since, but have never found it -- any know if its on the net somewhere?

The answer to number one is True. Conan used to be a writer for the Simpsons. They occassionally put in Conan gags for this reason (the "only I may dance!" bit from the episode where Bart got famous for the "I didn't do it" catch phrase).
