It's On!

Israel is starting the ground war.

Let that be a lesson to you: If you let your country become overrun with terrorists, soon you'll be overrun with Jews.

So terrorism causes Judaism? Interesting.

What's with all this US commenting on the foiled terror plot. US intellegence sucks, and couldn't even stop a plot like 9/11. British Intellegence has proved to be miles ahead of incompetent American Intellegence. And hey, they did it without having millions of phones tapped. How is that even possible? Must be a direct line to God, then? No, Blair hasn't said he has one of those?!?! I'm stumped!

#2 - Posted by: Babs on August 11, 2006 02:38 PM

Maybe Babs,its because they:
1. Had a tip over a year ago
2. Have much less stringent wiretap laws
3. Did not have a terminal headache from the "Dean Scream"
4. Did not have to drag half of the country along as "dead weight"
5. All of the above.
P.S. in case you do not know, the answer is #5.

#3 - Posted by: Writer on August 11, 2006 02:48 PM

Plus, they have James Bond available to infiltrate the terrorist cells and such and then escape using some sort of helicopter concealed in a cufflink. Let's just face it, our Horrible-Punning/Womanizing Superspy industry is just not up to par with the UK.

#4 - Posted by: Knave on August 11, 2006 02:58 PM

Knave,
Comparing British intelligence gathering to American's Bond-less intelligence gathering is just absurd.

Anyway, Bond probably had help from a doughy CIA guy in a Hawaiian shirt.

#5 - Posted by: Frank J. on August 11, 2006 03:03 PM

The Brit's foiled plot wasn't immediately preceded by 8 years of Clintonian terrorist elbow rubbing.
It was immediately preceded by just under 5 years of Bush/Blairian successful terrorist maker-meeting arrangements.

#6 - Posted by: spacemonkey on August 11, 2006 03:10 PM

spacemonkey,
Also, if you look at the timeline, I believe Bond was prisoner in North Korea during 9/11 which isn't the case now.

#7 - Posted by: Frank J. on August 11, 2006 03:12 PM

I heard someone tried to do the same kinda thing in '95, 12 planes over the Pacific. They got caught. They got caught this time too.

#8 - Posted by: Frogwarrior on August 11, 2006 03:16 PM

It's about time they did more than drop bombs. Time for a terrorist hunt! The one who collects the most terrorist skulls befre the cease-fire wins!

#9 - Posted by: WeaponGradeCrazy on August 11, 2006 03:16 PM

Hey Babs, perhaps you missed it while scribbling idiotic screeds, but according to the WaPo the Brits did have a lot of help from US intel agencies. The bulk of the arrests were made in Britain, but the actual investigation was conducted largely as a joint effort with US intel.

And hey, what have we here:

One U.S. intelligence source, however, said some of the British suspects arrested had made calls to the United States.

Gee, I wonder how we figured that out? Maybe by using those phonetaps you were mocking? Imagine that, an important surveillance program which the left hates actually helped catch terrorists!

My apologies if the facts on the ground conflicted with the notions floating around in your addled head. Please don't let me interfere with your ignorant rantings by introducing a little reality to the discussion. Carry on, noble troll, carry on!

#10 - Posted by: The Unbeliever on August 11, 2006 03:31 PM

The Unbeliever,
When you try to argue something that idiotic with facts, you ruin all the fun.

#11 - Posted by: Frank J. on August 11, 2006 03:45 PM

I think she mis-spelled her handle. It's supposed to be "Blabs".

#12 - Posted by: AlanABQ on August 11, 2006 03:50 PM

The CIA didn't even know about September 11th until they saw it on CNN.

Also, the Brits don't need a "patriot" act to figure things out. They don't need to monitor the Bank Accounts of Britons to figure things out. They don't need the direct 1-800 toll free number to God himself. (Or did Bush say he communicates to him directly, without any equipment?)

"Have much less stringent wiretap laws"

Yes, as IMAO's resident expert will confirm, I expect?

#13 - Posted by: Babs on August 11, 2006 04:08 PM

Again, blah blah Babs.

#14 - Posted by: AlanABQ on August 11, 2006 04:09 PM

Babs is such a retard. You don't need a 1-800 number to call God; He's everywhere, so there is always a local number to call.

#15 - Posted by: Frank J. on August 11, 2006 04:11 PM

What a lively discussion. The exercise in un-reality that a liberal calls life. Oh the Babs that blabs; what it must be like to use one's own colon as head-space.

#16 - Posted by: Cary from Houston on August 11, 2006 04:17 PM

First time I've been back in months, and your blog is the first thing today that made me laugh out load.

Overrun with Jews!!!

Jews with guns and tanks and fighter jets and helicopters. Yeah!

All more effective than flying monkeys.

Time for the terrorists to get spanked a little.

#17 - Posted by: phhbbt on August 11, 2006 04:18 PM

The only good Jew is a killing Jew!

And stop picking on Boobs...er...Babs when she says the CIA doesn't know anything. If there were EVER an expert on not knowing anything, it'd be Babs.

#18 - Posted by: FormerHostage on August 11, 2006 04:42 PM

//They don't need the direct 1-800 toll free number to God himself. //

The Brits might not have a direct line to God, but Israel does so whatever happens now, I'm putting my money on them...unless the "princes of the earth", AKA the UN, sticks their big FAT useless noses in. Then it won't matter where you put your money...

Blabs: Check out the above link to see how much they respect civil liberties in GB. Give me the Patriot Act any day!

#20 - Posted by: Starfox5253 on August 11, 2006 05:11 PM

Here's a great quote from that story:

"If the police and security services can show that a national surveillance operation based on recording car movements can protect the public against criminals and terrorists, there will be a strong political will to do the same with street cameras designed to monitor the flow of human traffic."

WHAT? A country's populace supporting whatever needs to be done to stop terror?

Those fools. They need some help. We could help ruin, I mean fix, their country's issues with a BCLU (British Civil Liberties Union)

#21 - Posted by: GT on August 11, 2006 05:33 PM

It looks like the tables have turned. The Jews wont stop untill they've pushed every terrorist into the Litani River. I hope it's deep.

#22 - Posted by: AlaskaNick on August 11, 2006 06:46 PM

Bah! They'll soon have such lovely rubble in Hezzzzzzzbollah Estates. It will make my own barrios look positively cheerful by comparison. (GO IDF!)

#23 - Posted by: Infidel Castrol on August 11, 2006 07:15 PM

Joooooos rock! But...sadly...the UN twerps are about to step in and spoil all the fun! Pretty soon instead of Jooooos kicking Arab ass the place will be over run with sissy-ass blue helmeted girly men running around playing soldier...

#24 - Posted by: ussjimmycarter on August 11, 2006 11:49 PM

where the hell is Team America when we really need them...F@#% Yea!!!

#25 - Posted by: ussjimmycarter on August 11, 2006 11:51 PM

First off, the BRITISH phone taps of the terrorist showed that he called someone in the US. Moron. Not the one I was mocking. The call records of the arrested suspect showed that he had made calls to the US.

Second, the British carried out phone taps of the suspect, not millions of phone taps, SELECTED phone taps of people who were suspects anyways.

Also, love how that article you posted shows that wiretap laws are lax in the UK.

#26 - Posted by: Babs on August 12, 2006 04:11 AM

Telegraph article concerning the Israel issue.

An excerpt:

This brinkmanship came on the day that popular support for Mr Olmert began to crumble as the result of concern that Israel was not winning the war against Hizbollah. The leading Israeli newspaper, Haaretz, carried a front-page headline: "Olmert Cannot Remain In The Prime Minister's Office."

Haha....would be a nice long reign in Office for Olmert.

#27 - Posted by: Babs on August 12, 2006 04:48 AM

Also, as with the Lebanese woman series, how about one with the bodies of the American soldier which was dragged and displayed on a bridge, being kicked along the way. Tee hee. That would be a great comic strip too. Hang on, let me get you the link to the pics...

#28 - Posted by: Babs on August 12, 2006 11:44 AM

What is it with people like Babs who celebrate every perceived set-back to America and it's allies?

Why does it bring so much joy?

Perhaps Babs full name is Ali-Babs-Mohammed?

#29 - Posted by: Squiboda on August 12, 2006 01:24 PM

But Babs supports the troops, I'm sure.

Just not OUR troops.

#30 - Posted by: spacemonkey on August 12, 2006 01:40 PM

Squiboda-

I think you are right. When I was in Iraq I learned that the Iraqi term for an average bad person (car thief, highwayman, ACLU lawyer) is Ali Baba. That's pretty close to Babs.

As a matter of fact, Ali Babs is what you get when you cross Barbara Streisand and an Iraqi car thief.

So where was British Intelligence on 7/7/05?

#32 - Posted by: Bob in Feenicks on August 12, 2006 02:49 PM

Babs: Pole smokin' Jim-schmo's alter ego? Sounds like the same type of bitching, crying and petty little swipes at soldiers & "Repugs"...

It could be someone else, but the tripe is the same.

#33 - Posted by: AlanABQ on August 12, 2006 03:55 PM

Didn't the UN say they were going to disarm hezbolla like 2 yrs ago? Just goes to show once again the ineptitude of the UN. Also it appears babs is probly friends with monkey faced libral because they both seem to have the same type of facts (inaccurate ones)

#34 - Posted by: diehard conservative on August 12, 2006 08:51 PM

babs, didn't the english have an advantage over us, considering that the terrorists were coming in from their country. Or maybe it's just because that is where crumpets come from, cuz without crumpets what would life be. It seems to me that the us is a hard target, and they thought that england was a soft target, but as it turns out, they were wrong again.

#35 - Posted by: sean quixote on August 12, 2006 11:37 PM

Also, dragging anybody through the streets and hanging them from bridges seems pretty primative to me. If that is who you relate to than you need to take some advice that I'm sure you get from you psychologist, or at least the drugs.

#36 - Posted by: sean quixote on August 13, 2006 12:04 AM

He's right, y'know. Up the dosage.

#37 - Posted by: AlanABQ on August 13, 2006 04:27 AM

Babs you ignorant slut. I'm sure being Cindy Sheeharp's lesbian groupie gives you access to a lot of top secreted information. It's assholes like you who give assholes a bad name. Are you MFL's sister by any chance? Do you happen to own a blue dress with Bubba's dna on it? Just wondering?
