Are Muslim Terrorists Behind Global Warming?
Posted by Harvey at 12:02 PM | View blog reactions | Comments (10)

According to the upcoming report on global climate change:

the last half-century was probably the hottest in at least the past 1,300 years.

Now, looking back about 1300 years ago, we discover that in 732 A.D.:

Muslim empire reaches its furthest extent.

Now, 1300 years later, the crazed Murderers For Muhammed are on the move again, coincidentally at the same time we're experiencing record heat waves, droughts, floods, storms, tsunamis, and hurricanes.

I think the connection is obvious.

So remember:

Save the planet.
Kill a terrorist.

On the other hand, there's a well documented correlation between global warming and the lack of pirates:

The solution is clear - dramatically increase pirate creation, and grant them letters of marque to kill terrorists!

And by all that's holy kill them before they can utter the words "Parley" or "Code"
(It's not really a rule, more like a guideline)

Since we're snowed in again today I have been pondering "Global Warming"

How does anyone know what the temperature was 1300 much less 13000 years ago. As a history buff-ett I don't remember reading much about temperature or climate before the invention of the newspaper or even the printing press.

Where exactly is this "data" coming from?
Have I missed copies of the ancient "Weather Channel" of Mesopotamia or the "triple dippy, droopy, Doppler Viagra radar VIII" of the Fertile Crescent .

Wait I know it's those pesky scientist. The ones who at the beginning of the twentieth century said the atom was the smallest unit of matter, who allowed the wrong head to sit on the body of the wrong dinosaur for forty years or who claimed
first Pluto wasn't a planet, then it was, then it wasn't. After all science is written in stone, right?. It never changes, right? No variables here, that's right nothing to see, move along.... Right.

to heck wit the planet ... kill terrorists because:
1) they want to die
2) it's fun
3) we can help solve one of the previous scary, scary science polemics: overpopulation
4) they'll stop breathing and therefore stop the grrenhouse effect ... in fact, if we kill enough of them, the previous scary, scary trend toward another Ice Age can recommence, and
5) it's fun!

seanmahair - only a terrorist would question global warming!

Anyway, I think they extrapolate temperatures from old tree-rings and the contents of gas bubbles trapped deep in ancient south polar ice.

In other words, everything before the invention of the thermometer is just a SWAG (Scientific Wild Ass Guess)

Save the planet.
Kill a terrorist.

HOORAY!
I'm gonna make that my new slogan!

Off topic, but way too good to ignore.
ATHF Terrorist Bomb Hoax in Boston

So,the leftiest city in America gets put on alert because a cartoon promotion from the leftiest network in America gets misinterpreted, and all because of the Mooninites from ATHF. Sweet Jesus, I can die happy now.
The only thing better would be winning Powerball, going to the space station as a tourist, and getting on NASA TV while flying over Boston and saying "I hope they can see this, because I am doing it as hard as I can" - with appropriate hand gesture, of course.

Actually, I'd just be happy to kill terrorists just for the sheer fun of it.

#9 - Posted by: Wolfman Dan on January 31, 2007 08:16 PM

Note also that the fuel that drives the global warming engine, petroleum, overwhelmingly comes from Muslim nations.

So kill a terrorist, save a tree, and give one more Jew a hiding place!
