Although the strong victimizing the weak may be a serious matter, the morally superior crushing the barbarians is cause for great jocularity. There's lots of countries out there who haven't had the pleasure of being destroyed by us yet. We need to be even handed in our metering out of American boot-meets-nether-parts or the world will rightly say that we're not being fair. We haven't whooped up on Africa as a whole nearly enough lately.
