Ah, but if you look, this was a magic poll. They actually changed the margin of error to +/- 1% so that it couldn't reach 0%. But yes, typically that would be within the margin of error.

When I took economics in college the "teacher" told us that full employment was 4% because a certain amount of the population would not work. This was 1973! So if you take that 4% and assume that they all support the current democRATic congress, along with a few whackos, criminally insane, morally bankrupt, pedophiles, state and local representatives, and members of the press...I think we have accounted for the 3%!
