I Had a Thought...
Do you think the first time some guy in Japan dressed up in dark clothes and snuck through the shadows to use kung fu on his enemies he had any idea of the effect he'd have on American cinema?
I Had a Thought...
Did it hurt??
I think he dressed up like that and his friends made fun of him for looking gay...so he kicked their asses...and the legend was born!
Except that Kung Fu is Chinese brought to Japan during an invasion. Jeees, Frank, get your history straight!
He grinned. But no one saw it because he had his ninja outfit on. They're sneaky like that.
Cinema? Have there been any ninja movies lately, or were they all made before I was born (that happens a lot)? They should make a new one. Or better yet, we should make one. How's that for a super fun IMAO project? It'd be bigger than PotC! Haha!
And no, I don't think he had the slightest clue; otherwise, he probably would have known better.
I think we are just the lucky recipients of the unintended consequences of a drunken, sake-fueled bet in Feudal Japan. Very lucky.
Ninjas are Japans greatest invention, followed by Godzilla and giant robots ploted by emo school kid clones.
Of course he knew! He was a ninja.
You can't be as cool as the original ninja and not know.
