Muslims Are Always Angry Anyway; Might as Well Go Whole Hog
Some Dutch guy is calling for the Koran to be banned. Don't they kill people in Dutchland who speak out against Islam. Hmm... but I guess they wouldn't know to kill you if they don't have a Koran... Bringing in the Koran should be illegal in every country where the majority is not Muslim. Oh and their multiple wives should not be allowed in and neither should any Muslim women behind the veil. If you can't see the face, back they go. If we have to cover our heads in their country they can't cover them here. What's sauce for the goose is sauce for the gander. #8 - Posted by: seanmahair on August 13, 2007 11:56 PMIts not going to be a popular thing to say, but I am as opposed to banning the koran in the West as I am the practice of banning the Bible in the Middle East. It's an ineffectual strategy. Outlaw the Saudi funded Wahabi-teaching schools. We could bring about a change in Islam by funding Sufi-teaching schools, and westernizing (Americanizing) them as much as possible. But we won't do that here because of the separation of church and state issue. If these people can bring weapons into a given country, how much more easily will they be able to sneak in little zip up books? I mean, relevant solutions are 1) change them, or 2) kill them.
