Willie Nelson's heroes have always been cowboys; John Edwards' heroes have always been Care Bears.

A thought to leave in a cold sweat at night: President Edwards sitting in the Oval Office in assless chaps stroking Cheer Bear while discussing foreign policy with President AhMyDinnerJacket. (shudder)

Heard John Edwards has leaked his choice for Sec. of Defense- Lt. Jim Dangle of Reno911

I have one care bear in my collection of stuffed animals. A friend of mine gave it to me when I was leaving the public school. Man, I miss those people...

My hero is Hershey's. To quote Homer (you'll have to guess which one), "Mmm... chocolate."

My children are my heroes.

Anyone who even considers having children in a world populated by people like the Daily Kos and his cabal are stronger, better and more courageous than I am.

Every time he hugs the one with the rainbow on it's tummy he whispers, "I wish I knew how to quit you." And the blue one with the cloud on it scares the bejeezus outta him!

My heroes have never been cowboys- Or soldiers, doctors or Jews- My heroes have always been Care Bears- After all the hard times we've been through- You know I stray to Broke Back Mountain- But I always come back to you- Ain't no cowboy ever busted a bronco- Than when I broke you and you and you and ...............................

I thought John Edwards heroes were "My Little Ponies"?

Other than himself, of course. He told me a story he's "never told anyone else" about crawling up on the slab and holding his dead son. Really creeped me out.

Then I find out he told John Kerry the same story. Twicet.
