Daily Fred Thompson Fact
The original last line to King Kong was "Oh no, it wasn't the airplanes. It was Fred Thompson that killed the beast. Fred. @#$%. Thompson."
King Kong was just a monkey. A big monkey, but Fred Thompson's not scared by any monkey.
That might explain why Fred was only able to give a crowd of 1,000 Republicans four minutes in Florida last night. Doesn't really bode well for any potential bout with Godzillary...

And before any of you start carping that it's The NY Slimes rooting for their hometown boy, let me assure all of you that nobody, but nobody hates Giuliani more than them. If he's elected, their coverage of Bush will look positively fawning.
