The major party candidates with actual military service include Ron Paul, John McCain, Duncan Hunter, Chris Dodd and Mike Gravel.

Ron Paul has received more financial support from military servicemen than any other candidate. There were hundreds of veterans in the crowd of 5000 in Philly to see Dr. Paul this weekend, where he received the endorsement of the founder of Rolling Thunder. In the past, he has been endorsed more than once by Veterans of Foreign Wars. Are these people who fought for their country losers? I don't think so.

Wow, I thought for sure your site was going to be a parody, because... well McCain *is* a long shot candidate, no one takes McCain seriously, so even if Ron Paul surpassed McCain (he hasn't) it wouldn't mean a thing.

Out of all the canidates for president, McCain probably went thorugh the worst of it for our country's freedom. He went through some of the worst shit the Vietnam war had to offer. Ron Paul? He was a surgeon in who treated pilots in the early days of Vietnam (kinda like what my dad did)
