Crouching Huckabee, Hidden Democrat

I thought about writing up a whole bunch of words to post for this idea but think the title pretty much stands by itself.

Huck is going kick Fred Thompson's ass in 2008. You Fred supporting dweebs don't stand a chance. You can't even raise money.

I know it bothers you that some Republicans would rather nominate a Conservative Republican then an Evangelical, Liberal Democrat. Its probably going to pain you when Romney, Rudy or Fred wins the nomination.

VERY Well done Spacemonkey.

What year did you receive your clemency Dwight?

Hopefully at this moment Hucks heretofore hidden liberalism is becoming more and more apparent-

Fred! will emerge as the Republican Godzilla- with the Dems standing in for Tokoyo.

Thanks now I can't get the picture out of my head of the Huckster as a Baptist Ninja!

IMAO has the best post titles. Just sayin.

New name for this blog is IMLAO - In My Lame Ass Opinion - cause your opinions are lame and dumb just like your stupid candidate who can't possibly win!

#6 - Posted by: Dwight on December 17, 2007 04:42 PM

wow, for being such a lame website, you seem to be posting an awful lot, Dwight

#7 - Posted by: D-Rock on December 17, 2007 04:48 PM

Dwight: "Huck is going kick Fred Thompson's ass"

Is that the evangelically Biblical meaning of the word ass?

Or are you just a Paulistinian trolling as a Huckabot?

re #6:

I didn't know Frank was selling the naming rights of IMAO.
The least he could have done is sell them to somebody who actually *likes* this blog.

Haha, its a joke! Whoo what a whopper, because its like, a play on IMAO! How original and clever and your arguments are so intelligent and existent. Anybody ever tell you you should be a Comedian? Seriously, quit your job, go for it!

Because your teh stupid: I am being sarcastic.

#10 - Posted by: AR on December 17, 2007 05:28 PM

I'm personally not sold on any of the candidates, but Thompson in particular has neither said nor done anything to make me even consider voting for him.

Huck, the magic dragon aiming for DC
Flip-flopped in the winter snow on everything, you see.

Little Chuckie Norris loved that rascal Huck,
although he was by all accounts as dumb as hockey puck. Oh

(Chorus, twice)

Together they would travel on a boat with billowed sail
Chuckie kept a lookout perched on Huck's gigantic tail,
Noble mainstream media would bow whene'er they came,
DNC would not complain when Huck roared out his name. Oh

(Chorus)

Huck flip-flops forever but not so steady Fred
So when the truth about Huck's known they'll vote for Fred instead.
One grey night it happened, Chuckie came no more
And Huck that mighty dragon, he ceased his pointless roar.

His head was bent in sorrow, green scales fell like rain,
Huck no longer went to play along the cherry lane.
Without his life-long friend, Huck could not be brave,
So Huck that mighty dragon sadly slipped into his cave. Oh

Igor-R,

You should go bestow some talent over at:

Igor...most excellent!

Well done Igor, you win the Comment of the Year award. Lots of people tell me I'm the finest improv lyricist they know, but that song gives me something to strive for.

#16 - Posted by: steadyrock on December 17, 2007 06:36 PM

Thanks you those who liked the magic Huck song. Mr. McGoo, I couldn't help there, but for all of you another Huck song that hardly needs any changes:

When I was a little Huck, (and no one gave a...damn..)
And the devil would call my name (I still could tell the truth)
Id say now who do,
Who do you think you're fooling? (Devil? Fool me? Hahaha...I AM the devil)
Im a consecrated boy (when I was just a boy)
Im a singer in a sunday choir
Oh , my mama loves, she loves me
She get down on her knees and hug me
Like she loves me like a rock
She rocks me like the rock of ages
And loves me
She love me, love me, love me, love me

When I was grown to be a man (a big and fat man)
And the devil would call my name (talkin' to myself)
Id say now who do,
Who do you think youre fooling? (I can fool the whole country)
Im a consummated man (Yup, I hucked myself)
I can snatch a little purity
My country loves me, it loves me
I'd get down on my knees and hug me
I loved me like a rock
I rocked me like the rock of ages
And loved me
My country loved me, it loved me.
And if I was president (was the president)
The minute congress call my name (was the president)
Id say who do,
Who do you think youre fooling? (who do you think youre fooling)

Ive got the presidential seal (was the president)
Im up on the presidential podium
My country loves me
It loves me
They'd get down on their knees and hug me
They'd loved me like a rock
They love me like the rock of ages
And love me

Fade out:
They love me, love me, love me, love me
(love me like a rock)

Spacemonkey,
"Is that the evangelically Biblical meaning of the word ass?
Or are you just a Paulistinian trolling as a Huckabot?"

Could be that he is the jawbone of an ass.

#18 - Posted by: exhelodrvr on December 17, 2007 08:28 PM

I'm surprised that no one is pointing out that Huckabee is just a small-state governor, said state being on the lower western slope of the US economic bell curve. What's next- a carpet-bagging NY senator trying to get elected on little more than a last name?
