I remember seeing this way back in grade school (dating myself now) and being partly creeped out, partly fascinated by it. I think the projector broke down before we reached the gripping climax. I mean obviously its a DMV film but I expected there would be a voting analogy in the end.......I was overprojecting a bit in my "twists". Personally I find it enjoyable in a perverse way. Does anyone think that the narrator's voice is dripping sarcasm half the time? Like "so and so....is no longer bored." I don't think it was MEANT to be comedic, but in today's culture it actually comes across as brilliantly understated (the unintentional humor, not the sledgehammer condescension of the message). Also, I"m ashamed to admit I kind of like the musical score. that could be dubbed over SO many other things for humorous effect. Admit it, it does kind of sound like "bike" music.
