Dating a Conservative, Female Blogger
Posted by Frank J. at 08:42 AM | View blog reactions | Comments (15)

John Hawkins did interviews with conservative female bloggers on dating. Ace has responded, calling them all liars.

I bet this is of interest to a lot of geeky, conservative blog readers wondering how they can date a female conservative blogger. Since I married one, they're probably wondering how I did it.

Simple: I'm awesome. So how can you be awesome like me? You can't. You suck. I'm not here to lie to you to make you feel better; the fact is you will never be anywhere as awesome as me. But you can read about how awesome I am, so at least feel lucky there.

I’ve been listening to the news media, the democRATS and the Republicans tell me that I’m a sorry ass SOB that can’t make it in America without the Federal Big Shots to lend me a helping hand…then I come to IMAO and read that I suck…then I vote on your post and am told that “your father is secretly gay!”

USSJC says “It’s only 10:00 in the morning and it’s already been a long day for the little trooper.”

[The rater gets a little touchy if you give a post a half star. It feels that's unfair. -Ed.]

This has GOT to be an April Fools joke, right?

Because a lot of us are old enough to be your father, Frank. And we don't "date" anymore.

Whippersnapper.

Your wife a conservative blogger? Last time I saw her site she was talking about a gluten free diet and her not liking the doctor who checks out her poop. If you consider that a conservative blogger I think we have all dated a conservative blogger.

[She's conservative, she blog; what do you want? -Ed.]

No Frank J, I am awesome. Because, umm. Well, you'll just have to take my word on it.

Where is Ron Paul? USA Today comment section.

"Check out Ron Paul, he is the one Politician that refuses to accept backing from big business or special interest groups. He is the only honest Politicain that I've seen in years running for office. His campaign revolves around the Constitution and he holds steady to his beliefs. Just thought I'd let you know. If you are unaware of him, please go to YouTube and type in his name, there are tons of information on him there. By the way, Dr. Paul is funded by his followers, which are growing day by day people become more aware that he is in the running.

I found, in my misspent youth, that women were generally starved for attention, and suppose this is still the situation today. For the homely ones, no proof need be here tendered. But the pretty ones are equally in need, as only the boldest suitors dare approach. Since the majority of the bold are also nitwits bearing questions about Zodiacal signs and caring more for athletic statistics than the great events of the female day, it is the rare fair maiden who finds herself suitably attended.

It behooves therefor the craftier fellow to be versed on the weighty subjects of interest to the elusive female, such as today's topic on The View and the subtleties of hair style and purse strap length. This lays the groundwork for rescue from being found dangerously interested in the target female's competition after she has been acquired, since such interest can be quickly attributed to opposition research (paired with some complement to the acquired female's timeless beauty). Being gullible beyond ken, and truly interested only in saving face, the female will always pretend to accept this.

That was some profound shite there Soc! Very Deep.

Frank, I hate to tell you this... the only difference in Liberal female Bloggers and Conservative female bloggers is the laters true level of crazy during thier most supposedly lucid moments. Other than that, samey same. All persons of the feminine gender are insane. The sooner you understand THAT, the better able you will be able to deal with the inevitable attack you will eventually sustain living in close quarters with them.

Aren't nearly all the female conservative bloggers married? SarahK, Michelle Malkin, Laura Ingraham . . . seems like just about every one of them except Ann Coulter is married. They're also all a whole lot younger than I am. So I wouldn't be asking any of them for dates, anyway.

I don't mean to offend, really, I actually like most men.

My sweet spouse and I were discussing the differences between men and women. (Yes you heard it here first Men and Women are different, go figure) He maintains that men, who's hormones are always in the ON position have more of an excuse for their own special brand of CRAZY. I on the other hand maintain that because women's hormonal craziness comes once every 28 to 45 days and lasts from 2-10 days and is accompanied by pain that man can't imagine they should be cut some slack.

We have decided that each sex has their own special cross they carry. We think it's supposed to help us appreciate each other, which would explain the inability of some, men and women,to get married, stay married or ride the marriage go round.

Both sexes have good and bad attributes, it's when one paints with a broad brush, one find oneself alone in a corner.

It's true what they say, by the way -- once you get married, your wife never reads your blog anymore.

#11 - Posted by: Citizen Grim on April 1, 2008 03:02 PM

Neither does your husband, since he's heard it all before. Just not as eloquently or politely.

#13 - Posted by: ron paul 2008 on April 1, 2008 08:09 PM

Yeah, you better be careful, seanmahair. We guys are sneaky. If he isn't checking up on your blog, he's crazy. Want me to lecture him?

#14 - Posted by: Jimmy on April 1, 2008 09:00 PM

No thanks Jimmy, a girl has to maintain some mystery. To most of my family and friends I'm simply the Mama, loving, kind, wise and usually well behaved. It is only here and on the blog I "let'er rip.

Maybe it's best left that way ; >
