They are a lot of work though. It takes about a week of marinating and soaking to get that hippie smell out. One good thing is that meat already comes pre-smoked if you don't mind the after taste of hemp. And remember one more thing, So, fishlaw, are you saying that polar bears have good taste? As in they'd rather eat Conservatives? I rather think that polar bears are creeps and like eating creeps. I hate bears. They're one species I can live without.
