You guys just don't get it. Illinois Democrats are used to looking at potential voters, and saying "I see dead people!" That is why they have traditionally courted the post-living vote so effectively.

It is amazing how every time this guys opens his mouth, something more stupid comes out. Should be a very entertaining general election season, should he live past June!

This is YESTERDAY'S Obama foot-in-mouth moment.

Today's is that his uncle was in "the American brigade that helped to liberate Auschwitz." Which is odd, since the Russians were the ones who invaded Poland and rescued the people in that extermination camp.

Obama be running at the mouth with gaffe engine firing on all cylinders. All 57 states with one left to go will be happy to vote for him.

Once, when in the Army, I fell off a truck. Perhaps that's what he meant when addressing all the fallen heroes in the crowd.

All he said was "Fallen Heroes". Barak doesn't seem the type to think of the military as "Heroes". He probably saw all of his dead people he looks up to;

Benedict Arnold, Diana Oughton, Ted Gold, and Terry Robbins.

Well we already know the dead vote for Democrats (more than once in some cases) so he was just ginning up his base. But now we at least know who is writing BO's speeches... the kid from Sixth Sense.

I think we're hurting ourselves if we go after Obama on this one. It's not like there's some shortage of stupid things he's said. This one's defensible -- there were undoubtedly some wounded vets in attendance, and calling them "fallen heroes" isn't that big a stretch.

I still think it's endlessly hilarious that an Obama troll has taken up residence here as if expecting to change anyone's mind. Heck, I find it hilarious that Obama trolls exist. The man is trolling the whole country with tremendous success -- why waste your time doing it online?

That's what I meant. Did any one interview any of the vets present and ask them what they thought of being called 'fallen heroes'?
