I've seen a few people speculate that he's not a legal American citizen, even though his Mom obviously was. But given the little I know of her and the times in which he was born, I'd imagine she might have been of a rather anti-American bent. What rebellious thing might she have done with his birth info that could cause him problems today?

In many states if a child is born bi-racial then the birth certificate will give the mother's race as the childs. Barry's birth certificate probably says he's white.

The certificate looks fake to me, Socrates. No doctor's name, no doctor's signature, no hospital reference, no nothing. Why would the "Certificate No." be blacked out? As a reference number, it should be required for verification and concealing it protects no one - unless it's fake.

No mention by Kos on how he got it, who obtained it, whether or not it was done with permission, etc.
