#4 - Posted by: PaleoMedic on September 19, 2008 10:02 AM

One has to dig deep to find the content, slaughtered along with way with endless ads and pop-ups. Oh, joy. Are you trying to lower expectations? The trolls already have mine lowered!

#5 - Posted by: Jimmy on September 19, 2008 10:04 AM

I bet you can time the load speed with a calendar. That is exactly what y'all need to do.

#6 - Posted by: Two Dogs on September 19, 2008 10:07 AM

Frank - you should maximize your revenue by offering some ads that cater to the trolls. I think they'd really be interested in the "Male Enhancement" ads.

And oh yeah...Arrgh

#7 - Posted by: DamnCat on September 19, 2008 10:20 AM

BWAHAHAHAHAHAAH! Perfect!

#8 - Posted by: Brian L. on September 19, 2008 10:25 AM

Aye! Perchance ar ye tryin' to waylay them scurvy sea-trolls by's sendin' em easily distracted and foolish currs to Davey Jones Classmates.com?

Arrrr! Give em' a full broadside o' popups, lads! At'll foul their sails! In five ticks they'll forget why they ever logged on, the wretches. Arrr! She's a model now in-DEEED!

#9 - Posted by: Kent on September 19, 2008 10:33 AM

Yarr.

#10 - Posted by: JM Bob on September 19, 2008 11:11 AM

It's like a classy version of Walmart.

#11 - Posted by: RockThrowingPeasant on September 19, 2008 11:20 AM

So, basically, no change. lol

#12 - Posted by: Son of Bob on September 19, 2008 11:46 AM

Do you ever sell any books with the Amazons? I don't think anyone would ever buy that weird books that says liberals are like hitler. LOL!

#13 - Posted by: Atom on September 19, 2008 12:48 PM

I believe the classier version of WalMart is called Target.

#14 - Posted by: DesertElephant on September 19, 2008 12:54 PM

#14-

Yeah. And I believe it's pronounced "Tarzshey", like the French would.
What will they think of next...

"More isn't always better (Frank), sometimes it's just more." Stolen from Sabrina with Harrison Ford and Julia Omond.

#16 - Posted by: seanmahair on September 19, 2008 05:09 PM

Awesome...

If this current level of comedy can be sustained, IMAO will become Kevin's blog with an occasional post from Frank to keep the 'shoops flowing.

#17 - Posted by: on September 19, 2008 05:19 PM

Cool! IMAO Camo (say it aloud).

#18 - Posted by: NunyaB on September 19, 2008 05:58 PM

We need to make a script that automatically detects trolls and forwards them to that home page.

#19 - Posted by: CiDhed on September 19, 2008 07:38 PM

I'm not sure I see a difference.

Oh, wait. I see. There are fewer ads in the new layout.

#20 - Posted by: Fiar on September 19, 2008 10:04 PM

#12: Haha!!

Great post, Cadet.

#21 - Posted by: Tim on September 20, 2008 12:02 AM

#13 - Atom,

The premise of the book, 'Liberal Fascism' by Jonah Goldberg is Not that liberals are like Hitler; it's that Hitler Was a liberal!
The Fascist movement in Italy, the Nazi movement in Germany, the Communist movement in Russia and the Progressive movement in America are frightenly similar in their origins, retoric, methods and philosophy.
All share the premise that the individual Must surrender their personal freedom in favor of the common good. That 'good' to be determined by whoever manages to claw their way to the top of the controlling party.
Absolute power then does its proverbial thing, and the nation falls.
Dispite the smiley face on the cover, it's a serious book.
IMAO, of course.

I read someplace that you can sell advertising space on these things. I don't know if that's true, but it sounds like a neat idea. Have you ever thought of doing that?

#24 - Posted by: ss396 on September 20, 2008 09:14 AM

You forgot the Russian bride ad.
