Well, you certainly don’t need advanced Calculus or even Trigonometry to figure out that answer! You could have said:

sin2 (Pelosi) + cos2 (Congress) – 1 = 0

where “1″ is “The One”

I think you have been confused by the associative function of addition. It only works with numbers.
The problem? Well, look at your bottom equation, we’ll call the pic on the left A, the pic in the middle (of the sandblaster) B and the pic on the right C.

You currently have A+B=C, when in reality, it should be C+B=A. In other words, the pic on the right is before the sandblasting. That’s actually her high school graduation picture.
