“Colby Stream” is well on his way to employment in the organized media.
1) Choosing to mention only the hot-button topics that were debated.
2) Mix-and-match quotes. The “Unity” portion of the debate was separate from the regulation discussion and Jonah’s “choose the lesser of two evils” comment was in response to a Q&A question about choosing a candidate, not the discussion of Healthcare.

I can empathize with the difficulty of reporting this debate. It was quite long and Jonah was a blizzard of quotes and examples. I would have hoped that someone tasked with writing a summary article would have come prepared to take good notes, but apparently not.

Ah well, it *is* only a college newspaper, what excuses do national media reporters have for doing the same things?

I’ll bet the participants of the Boise debate actually showed up instead of sending cardboard cutouts with tape recorders attached like the candidates at the Presidential debates did.

I still can’t believe these are the best? candidates for the job. I wonder if Scooby Doo and the Mystery gang are busy. Maybe they could unearth the mystery of how these two inanities made it to the top of the pile.

Yeah, FrankJ I didn’t know you could handle such innanity (it’s a word). I couldn’t actually watch too much of the debate. My head kept exploding everytime Obasamabama spoke, and then my head would explode less when McMaverick spoke. Since I don’t like my head exploding I couldn’t watch it but for short bursts. You and SarahK must have explosion proof heads.
