That is NOT mournful.
November 4th, 2008 at 11:15 pm
why would I mourn? the person I voted for won! let’s give the fella a chance, he can’t do worse than the Republicans have in the last 14 years — the only thing worse than a tax and spend politician is a don’t tax and spend politician — apparently, the republicans are only worth a damn when they are in the minority
we should send a big thank you card to mccain for all those judges that have been appointed since the gang of 7 stabbed the base in the back — i said it then, and i’ll say it now — i will NEVER support mccain in anything he does, and that goes for lindsey grapham too if he runs
picking palin was a big mistake — sure, it energized the base that never felt comfortable with McCain as its candidate, but she turned off independents — whether deserved or not, she looked stupid and inexperienced (thank you Tina Fey and Katie Couric) — he should have picked someone from Pennsylvania or Virginia
and do you know what the best part is, the maverick screwed himself over by being the maverick — good riddance

I can understand not voting for McCain…but voting for Obama? Wow, and I was slowly starting to believe you weren’t an idiot…oh well.
You don’t win elections by winning over moderates. You win elections by invigorating your base and increasing a passionate voter turnout…had the Republicans done so they wouldn’t have lost control of Congress in 2006. They didn’t learn the lesson, and instead we were stuck with an appeasement RINO. Palin was the one bright spot in McCain’s miserable campaign – had it not been for her, very few states would have even been close. She has single-handedly launched the new conservative movement that will move the McCain/Graham libs to the rear, hold back the worst of the Marxist Obama/Pelosi/Reid administration for two years and win back the House in two years.
Wolverines!!!

Son of Bob: Wolverines!!! Backatcha.
Cadet Happy: You don’t sound so happy. True, Old School McCain is not what the country needed right now. But I was given a reason to go to the polls when Sarah P came aboard.
Mostly, there’s no way I could have ever, EVER touched my patriotic finger to the screen for Obamuhamad. Plus, I was wearing my sparkly American flag pin, so had I “X’d” The O, I’m certain to have received more than a slight correction.

Every marriage ammendment voted on passed.
When Conservatives have someone or something conservative to vote for, they still Win!
