Ignorning the Feast and Fighting Over Crumbs
Apparently, CNN has now fallen to third place behind MSNBC. The problem the FOX rivals are going to have is that there have always been more conservatives than liberals in America, so by ceding the conservatives MSNBC and CNN are fighting over the smallest piece of pie — and I guess MSNBC has won by being more earnest about it. Still, FOX News has higher rating than both CNN and MSNBC combined since it’s the only one smart enough to go after the larger viewer segment. I guess that’s an indication of how leftward journalist skew that they’ve ignored basic economics for so long because giving a fair showing to conservative viewpoints was just too anathema for them. Thus they go the way of the dodo and the newspaper.

Speaking of newspapers… why do people think they’re useful? I mean we don’t use telegraphs or the horse and buggy any more. Newspapers are an outdated, inefficient mode of communication.

Reminds me of childhood when we’d put two spiders in a jar and try to make them fight. Maybe we can put CNN and MSNBC in a big jar. “Two go in, one come out.” Then we can prod them with sticks and shake the jar until they fight. Even if they don’t fight (because they’re a bunch of wussy pacifists) it would still be fun to prod them with sticks and bounce them off the inside of the jar.

Going the way of the newspaper indeed. The only reason the messiah wants to bail out newspapers is that said newspapers are so loony left, they will continue to support “O” no matter what he does. It’s not the “outdated medium” that keeps me from buying newspapers, it’s the content. Even if I owned a bird, I would be hesitant to line the bottom of the cage with most newspapers, fearing the bird might happen to look down and develop brain damage. But then again, that’s the left…they’d rater go broke than except that no one wants to hear / read their demented point of view.

I’m sure there is a back-up plan in the works to keep the newspapers alive. And yes, it does involve using your tax dollars. It’s all in the name of fairness. In an leftist egalitarian utopia, there is no right and wrong. “Wrong” should be funded and “right” should be punished.

The real problem is ALL our big Universities are run by Marxists and socialists. They propagandize the young “skulls full of mush” and they graduste into the “media” and government. The media promotes socialism and the average high school graduste doesn’t know why they are wrong.
The future of a prosperous middle class in America is in dire straights. Personally I see God’s hand in this. We are being brought down for allowing the perverts to take over.
