At what point does swarthy become hippie? I mean really …. dirty looking, hairy, “swarthy” sounds like a different word for hippie. If the two words are closly enough related … it could justify punching the swarthy ones. And we all know punching hippies is your merican duty

The Wikipedia entry said Snafu (Situation Normal, All Fouled Up) had a brother in the Navy named Tarfu (Things Are Really Fouled Up).
Snafu and Fubar I’d heard of but not Tarfu.

I work as a contractor at ON Semiconductor, and if any Industrial Spy wanted our secrets, they’d just need to take up smoking. Those guys are constantly discussing their ongoing projects as if it were the latest movie everyone’s watched or the latest performance by their local sports team. Guess they never watched that film when ON was still a part of Motorola.

Industrial spying is also alive and well. As a new employee of an Austin, Texas, semiconductor factory (or fab as they are called) I was shown a hilarious movie wherein our company secrets were actively pursued by spies listening to conversations at restaurants, or picking up garbage at my home.

I worked for Motorola. God help anyone who stole ideas from us.
