No, that’s a lefty trick. We’re better than that.
A lefty, asked by his victim-of-the-moment, “Why are you doing this to me?”, replies,
“Because it’s for your own good. You should thank me!”
Which is, of course, pure BS, and everyone knows it.

A righty, asked the same question, replies, “Because I can!”
Which at least grants the doomed lefty the dignity of an honest answer.

Yeah, thanks to Bammy’s nationalization, corruption, wreckless spending, etc, etc, etc, unemployment among decent people has reached a high enough level that a lot of righties DON’T need to take time off from work to protest!

Of course, I taught in a College of Business Administration and we had to dig a moat around our building to keep the Liberal Arts folks at bay. Ah, those halcyon grant-funded days, figuring bigger and better ways to up the bottom line! And getting at least half of the summer, and a month between mid-December and mid-January, off!

I think the most fun I had, though, was the union elections. Labor won the election, and actually certified a union, but the administration refused to acknowledge and bargain with them, so it was pretty much, “Union? We don’t need no stinkin’ unions.” And we really didn’t need to fear retribution by the Lib Arts “goons” — for obvious reasons.

What we need is some way to get us Rightwing Radicals hooked up. We need to be sponging up those tax dollars, teaching 1911 -101
and “Advanced Hippie Punching”.

We need to recapture the high ground
