No No No…. You shout “hey lady! Is that guy chasing you with the intent to rape you? If she responds in the affirmative you then should as “Is it alright if I shoot him?”.

What is wrong with society today? We’ve lost the ability to be polite! Im sure Ann Landers would back me up on this…. It is a serious breech of decorum to shoot a potential rapist without allowing the intended victim the opportunity to do so first. We’re not ANIMALS ya know!

I forgot to clarify that these towers will also be really high. Like say a thirty foot tall dear stand, on top of the Sears Tower (for the high crime area known as Chicago). We can all take turns, that way we will be just like batman, looking over Gotham, only with rail guns.

I think the best way for us to implement this is to erect really tall towers in high crime areas, and then perch snipers inside them. Now I know what you are asking, “Won’t all the gunfire at 3am wake up babies?” That is why our snipers will use rail guns.
