   …and yet, why can I easily visualize Bush Sr., Clinton, Bush Jr. and Barack Obama prancing around together trying to raise money for nonsensical causes, with Bush Sr. referring to Barry as his “adopted son” like he does with Clinton after Barry’s out of office?
