Getting the 3DS
today. Just have to make it between now and the end of work without losing one of my eyes.
Hopefully Obama realizes the best way to make conservatives look stupid right now is to win decisively in Libya.

Have any of the so-called leaders in the government even noticed that the most realistic, best-case scenario for Libya is a repeat of Iraq?
If I ever hear another liberal complain about the money we spent in Iraq, I’m going to have to cut him.

Can’t win without boots on the ground.
What is it with cruise missles and democrat presidents?
Wouldn’t it be refreshing to hear harsh retoric aimed at a non American?
Don’t fall asleep while pushing pencils…you might lose an eye.

You getting any launch titles? I didn’t, because the 3DS was expensive enough and I want to save my gaming cash for the games I really want later this year.

Amazon gave me a $25 credit for a game, so I went ahead and ordered Street Fighter IV.

Marko, I’m with you. I’ve been puzzling as to the last time air power won a war. I cannot think of a war that did not require boots on the ground. Conceivably, the Libyan opposition has assets on the ground, but those assets are pretty much of the camel-mounted gatling gun variety.
Let me be the Pentagon — just for a moment. Quedoffy’s best strategy is to dig in, go to ground, and wait out the foreign intervention. He can win if he can just keep the opposition on the run. The opposition’s best strategy — given that they are ill-trained, ill-equipped and just plain ill — is to transition to a guerilla action. This works even better for the opposition because the US will be arming them (despite the fact that many of these fighters were recently fighting our forces in Afghanistan).
Said Napoleon while fighting in the Russian steppes, “Time is against us. We’re pretty well screwed, PepĂ©.”

Frank J. Today is NOT the day to go out and use your Red Rider BB Gun. You will put your eye out! Then your 3D will be 1D and there you will be… Personally when I was in college I took a few chemicals that caused me to see in 4D…it was awesome!!!

This is not enough randomness for a comment.

If I were Frank J, I’d have on my Arai full face motorcycle helmet on all day with the face mask pulled down and secured firmly! I would drink my lunch through a straw and wouldn’t take off the helmet until I got home with my new 3DS. Of course Buttercup will then poke her rattle into one of his eyes right before his 3DS is fully charged so there you go…

Even Charlie Sheen would have a tough time looking at the current plan, whereby we take out Ghaddafi and put in al-Qaeda or the Muslim Brotherhood, and refer to it as WINNING.

@ussjimmycarter: A straw?! A STRAW?!! Are you mad? Do you have any idea how much eye-poking potential is in a straw? Frank J. should just eat marshmallows all day.

You’re correct Son of Bob but Charlie could refer to it as….Duh which he normally says just before uttering the word Winning.

“Hopefully Obama realizes the best way to make conservatives look stupid right now is to win decisively in Libya.”
I question the randomness of this thought. Looks suspiciously like a “carefully considered” thought as oppossed to a “random” thought. Fess up, Frank, you thought about it before you thought about it.
“Ohh, look, a cookie.” Now that’s a random thought.

Burma,
I agree fully, but I would argue that the rebels are of the camel-mounted Mosin-Nagant variety.

“Obama…win decisively in Libya.”
Win what?
Arm Al Quaida to overthrow Khaddifi ??
Obama can’t define ‘decisively’ OR ‘win’ when it comes to the military and National Security.
“We’re America, um,
but we can change, uh,
if we have to, er,
I guess.”
