A new survey shows that 58% of Americans think that rich people in the US deserve their wealth.

The other 42% apparently think they deserve the shaft.

If both Economics & the History of Communism were more widely taught, additional people would recognize the danger.

20% of those people are leftists who believe that rich people deserve their wealth…after lots and lots of taxes. When it comes to polls, it’s all in the wording.

I have a solution for ultra-rich liberals like Warren Buffet and George Soros who feel they aren’t taxed enough. Instead of laying around complaining like whiny little wusses dependent on the government to do for them, act like self-reliant entrepreneurs and do something about it. And I have the perfect suggestion: charity. If you like, you can even do it the way the government does with our money– send people checks every 2 weeks by mail, and never ask what they do with it, or expect them to do anything productive with their lives. Of course Warren Buffet and George Soros would eventually run out of their own money, but they could borrow from China, until the likelihood of debt repayment enters the realm of fantasy. Once the bi-weekly largess stops, angry mobs will descend upon their mansions, carrying pitchforks and torches, but everyone would learn a valuable lesson about why wealth redistribution is an idiotic idea.
