Just how effective will this be in the middle east? They’re only one step out if the stone age as it is. Imagine a Neanderthal with an AK, cell phone, and Mercedes. That’s basically what the ME is full of.

Why not a missile that causes lots of collateral damage but doesn’t harm electronics? That way we can collect all the dead people’s gadgets and sell them on e-bay.
