France is considering legislation to replace the terms “mother” and “father” with “parent 1″ and “parent 2″ in all legal documents.
Not a good idea – might offend polygamists.

Parent 1 and Parent 2 are unacceptable terms. The numerical order suggests a higher importance to the one parent, which might cause offense. I suggest replacing the numbers with otherwise unassociated symbols to avoid this problem.

It’s funny how when the state is looking to collect child support for welfare mothers (who aren’t required to pay one dime to support THEIR kid) they have nooooo problem referring to the guy as “father”, otherwise, it’s offennnnnsive….to someone. The western world might as well just nuke itself, their slow suicide by political correctness is getting old and tedious. Not to mention, it proves that liberalism really is a mental disorder.
How about referring to “So called parent” 1 and “sperm donor” only when talking about the leeches since normal people have no problem being called ‘mother’ and ‘father’, that’s what they are and hopefully proud of it.
