   With a couple more Supreme Court Justices – the DEMS can re-interpret the Constitution. If Militias are
   redefined as state National Guards – then no one has a right to keep personal guns.

   @1 — Even the marxists would not be sol bold as to say that. It would unravel the incorporation doctrine of the federations constitution. The only reason federal judges have any authority is because the states and the sheeple have allowed for incorporation. Even the marxists in Haller said it was up to the states and DC, which they actually got correct. Go figure. It was the rest of them that got it wrong. The idiot roberts is as much a commie as the clown in the white house, so don’t count on him showing any intelligence or integrity. The second amendment only protects us from the feds, not the states. You need to be more afraid of the marxist like bloooming idiot, cuomo and kristie than of keagel, satonmayor or roberts.
