This Is How Joe Biden Does Photo-Ops

Two things jump out at me in this picture of the man who’s a heartbeat away from the presidency:
1) Surprisingly, Joe Biden can walk and eat ice cream at the same time.
2) On the other hand, he still hasn’t mastered the mechanical intricacies of pushing his own shopping cart.
