It´s already a thorn in their budget deficit woes. I´m sure in a lot of cases,medical providers are at the back of the line getting paid.You have no choice but to pay toilet paper vendors ahead of medical providers.

So it looks to me they´re way behind implementing this crazy scam from hell but that won´t stop them from wasting billions in the process.
