Wow, Is Piers Morgan Dense

Posted on December 7, 2012 1:00 pm

That Piers Morgan is kind of an ignorant blowhard. You don’t notice it right away because of the English accent, but deep down he’s just a more refined version of Chris Matthews. This came out a while ago when he had Jonah Goldberg on and was a complete blockhead — it was like Jonah was talking to a cement block or a Chris Matthews. And then look at this exchange about gun control. He just laughs off Kopel pointing out there is no correlation in America between increase in gun ownership and an increase in violence because he doesn’t want to believe that. But the most striking part is how he claims to have a respect for the 2nd Amendment and then says he’d want to take away everyone’s guns but understands that’s just not possible so other solutions must be found. That makes me think of someone saying, “I really respect the fight against racism. Still, if I could have my way, I think black people and other races would be better off all back in their own countries. But since that’s not realistic, I guess we’ll learn to live together.” That’s not the statement of someone who really gets it.

I really respect women promoting their rights and such, but if I had my way, they’d all be the barefoot and pregnant in my kitchen making sammiches and caramel cake. Yeah, and roast beef with mashed taters and gravy for dinner.

    Damn.

Piers Morgan is George III’s revenge on Americans.

This dolt has publicly said that the 2nd Amendment applies to “muskets,” not semi-automatic weapons. If that’s true, then the 1st Amendment rights he acquired by emigrating here pertains only to quill pens and linen paper, which means any local, state, or federal government entity can censor him and oppress his speech before he even makes it. Don’t forget the reason he came here in the first place was that the BBC did that exact thing to him in England. So, he came here in the same spirit as our forefathers and the architects of this great nation, but now he speaks out against their very handiwork and the blood that was shed that allowed him to do it?

“…a cement block or a Chris Matthews”

    Isn’t that redundant?

My apologies to cement blocks, which are useful and serve a purpose in society.

Oh yeah, and @ Jimmy : Damn, you’re making me hungry

The word “Pier” is another name for post – as in “dumb-as-a-post”. His parents named him well.

Love that video Harvey. You wouldn’t think watching something like that would be interesting, but it totally is.

  10. vperl says:

respect for the second admendment then, he wants to take the right away. That is less than respect.

Not surprised the LEFTIST, mouths those words. Bet, he has a gun he is not talking about.
