For them to work you must have a president with the Cojones to do two things:
1) An expiration date on the current sanctions.
2) The will to publicly announce the FAR greater next round.

After thirty-five years, the U. S. sanctions on Iran have become a world-wide joke.
Hussein Osama does not have the cojones to take the next step.
