But seriously, by this analogy, I think it would be more accurate to say they put a bunch of colors of the same kind of bean in the chili. It looks colorful and varied, but it’s actually bland. There are red pinto beans and white pinto beans and black pinto beans and gay pinto beans and woman pinto beans and pinto beans that are very confused if they’re men or women and insist you be confused as well, but there are no black beans, or great northern beans, or garbanzo beans, and it really all tastes the same.

Honesty. I believe the best way to “Celebrate Diversity” is to embrace honesty.
