I didn’t notice the hand behind Obama’s head until it was pointed out to me, but it really makes me wonder who would casually toss their arm up on the back of Obama’s car seat like that?
Since he’s not actually touching Barack, I assume it’s a first date.

Kinda looks like the profile of Hugo Chavez. That’s probably why nobody has seen him after his “surgery”. He has been advising Obama on good policies. Or applying to be his new Sec-Def

That’s the guy he hired for when he is riding around in a vehicle not equipped with ear-bags. But casually? I don’t think that left hand belongs to Obambi so it’s possible it is one of his fashion police police trying to protect him.
