It would be so simple to discourage these Freeloaders:

1) Must be a citizen to collect foodstamps (every member listed in the household).
2) Must be a citizen to collect Welfare (every member listed in the household).
3) Must be a citizen to collect WIC (every member listed in the household).
4) Must have paid in for at least two decades as a Citizen to be elligible for Social Security.

Baracketeering
engaging in a Baracket, obtaining or extorting money illegally for Barack or carrying on illegal business activities to the benefit of Barack Obama.
