TMZ is announcing that a consortium of rock icons inclusive of Bob and Peaches Geldof, Lady Gaga, and Green Day are organizing a benefit concert at Madison Square Garden called Binders Full Of Water for Africa.

Five cents of every dollar donated will go to the cost of buying and installing spigots in Darfur.

Billy Joel and Jay Z have written the spigot-related anthem called “Lefty Lucy, Righty Tighty” which addresses a little Darfurian girl’s struggle against a political leader’s selfish hoarding of tribal water rights.

Michele Obama is expected to make an appearance accompanied by the children of The Harlem Academy and characters from Sesame Street to show the world the correct–and green– way to operate spigots. This will be translated into Spanish, made into a DVD, and distributed to the citizens of Darfur who may obtain a copy for a donation of $5 to Obama For The World.
