I hate to rag on Ramirez two cartoons in a row but……

I defy you to find a newspaper (that Obama would read) that would have actually had those first, three, above the fold, headlines.

The first headline for instance,
NY Times headline that day: “Republicans thwart President Obama’s plan to balance the budget!!!!!!”
Wash Post: “Mitt Romney’s maid may not have paid taxes in 1975 when she worked at KFC!!!!”
Boston Globe:”Republicans in Mass Senate vow to exist!”

Despite the statistical correlation between increased legal gun ownership and declining crime rates, and the truth that the only thing that can stop a bad guy with a gun is a good guy with a gun, Obama and company insist that more guns is not the answer. They insist on pressing an agenda that will only make it more difficult for law abiding citizens to defend themselves and their families. They even admit that their plan will do nothing to prevent future tragedies such as Sandy Hook but “we have to do something.” Meanwhile when faced with record debt and deficit levels that threaten to drive us into a worse economic collapse than that faced by Greece and the rest of Europe what do they say is the answer? More spending.
